No fries or sides were available. All the tables were dirty. The floor had trash everywhere. Not many people in here and the... service is slow. Restroom stinks, the floor is wet, the sink faucet won't work, no paper towels. Only one person on staff canspeak English. Read more
The onion rings and chicken strips were burned. The unsweetened ice tea tasted bad. I don't know if it was the water they used... or the vebarage was old. 1 small hamburger pattie for the 1/2 hamburger. It took a while to get our orders. Read more
The food itself was pretty good. The only complaint I have is the cashier's there were a little rude. They didn't seem to really... care about us. I also don't like they don't have free water cups. I had to pay $2.99 for a cup. I like the toppings bar andthe wide condiments selection. I would go back, but I also did feel the price was a bit expensive for what you get. Read more
First, cook had to call manager from the back office. Second, during lunch rush. Manager is rude the cooks. The manager was... constantly on the phone while taking our orders. Proceeds to tell us that there was gonna be a wait. The cooks were ready towork and serve! Someone needs to change management ASAP if you want to continue to stay open! One person taking orders with a long line. Bar tender (Sara on receipt) pulls family out of line to order at bar since paying... with card. Sara got order wrong 3 times. Order was still wrong when I went to pick it up. Turns out bar tender(Sara) is themanager. Denied taking my order but then remembered. Manager has poor attitude and customer service. HOT ???????? Seriously, the a/c is broken. Thermostats clearly say 90 degrees. I checked reviews and people mention it 3 days... ago and a few weeks ago. Apparently, no rush trying to fix it. We ordered the food ahead of time to be ready at a certain time.We arrived 10 minutes early and the food was waiting for us on the counter?cold. Definitely won?t be returning to THISFuddruckers until the reviews improve. Hit or miss on quality. And no need for 90 degrees inside a restaurant. Read more
Its been about a year since I've been here as the last time my experience wasnt very good, so I decided to try them again and we... ordered our burgers and had a problem with them. As you can see in the pictures both were pretty much raw meat. When I went backto show them the first one, they apologized and offered to remake it. When I showed them the second one, the lady got a littlesnippy and mumbled something about me being too picky. I'm not sure I'll be going back. A little advice to anyone who decides toeat there, be wary of your burgers and check them before you eat or else you might eat raw meat and get sick. Read more
The food is good but if you want your food, drink, and receipt thrown onto the counter because you had to correct them on... missing items from your order this is the place to go. Dylan was very unprofessional and should not be working in customerservice, much less being a manager. Read more
