Reviews for I Luv Pho in Midland, TX
The food is great, but I gave only one star today because of the service. My daughter and I went there 2 days ago, at 10:00, and... a week earlier at same time. Their hours are 10 am- 9 pm, Mon-Sun (says this online and on the door). We pulled up today at10:30 and their large neon sign said open, door was unlocked, but the employee in there (who was at a table eating) jumped upand said "We don't open until 11:00". We told him we were there 2 days ago and they were open at 10:00, neon sign and doorstated same. He blatantly lied to us with no regret. My daughter and I both were fuming. This was not the manager/owner, who isvery nice...but wasn't there yet this morning. Nor was it the sweet young lady who was there the first time we went. Don'tthink I will be going back. Read more
It was decent but nothing special. I've had pho from lots of places and this was just okay. I would come back if I'm craving... it, but I wouldn't go out of my way. The spring rolls were excellent though. The service is a bit slow. Read more
Fast, friendly service with excellent food. A lot of different choices on the menu. I highly recommend trying the hot peach tea... and the hot mango tea. A friend of mine was given hot peach tea by mistake, having ordered iced peach tea but decided to go withit anyway and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was and recommended it when he took my wife and I here for dinner.Now I can't get it out of my mind. I would love to know how they make it so delicious. I have tried at home and mine justdoesn't seem to match up. Read more
Almost didn?t come in because of the reviews but then I saw they have spring rolls. Decided to give it a try and it was awesome!... I will be coming back! I had the shrimp pho and 1 shrimp and 1 veggie spring roll. The girl serving me was super sweet! Read more
Horrible service!!! And I got sick.... I'm posting and here is what happend I asked for the number 7 which is a plate of... grilled chicken rice rice vegetables and a fried egg a Friday I'm allergic to tomato sauce for there to be no tomato and I askedfor the egg to be extra fried because I don't like the yoke or if they couldn't do that I gave him option just give me eggwhites here is what they brought me they brought me drainy eggs running all over my plate and tomato and tomato I'm extremelyallergic to tomato so some of the tomato gotten on my food As you can see on the picture I ask for another plate put the ricecucumbers grilled chicken And that's what I ate I asked her to redo the eggs eggs there is 2 Hispanic waitresses which threw afit almost bullying me and told me that they couldn't do anything because the cooks didn't speak any English and that if Iwanted I could go ahead and call the owner and tell them and tell them to hire staff that spoke English no help whatsoeverfinally convinced them to do my eggs can my eggs came back with one egg and there's a picture of the yolk where they gave me 1egg seriously this is the 2nd time might come here the 1st time was a horrible experience On my to go order and I tried them forthe 2nd time today and it was horrible also the 2 waitresses are the same as one from last time... why are people like this iswas one simple thing and thay both came to my table and attacked me horrible service Read more

Food is spectacular. The Pho is as good as any I?ve had (and that?s a lot!). Restaurant seems to be understaffed. The service is... mediocre at best. The waitress didn?t come back to the table after she delivered my entree. So I paid $3.95 for one glass oficed tea. But don?t let the poor service dissuade you from trying their broth. It?s worth the garbage service. Read more
Business really makes you want to do the opposite of the name and hate pho. Food was okay, but the service was terrible. Waited... 1hr for my meal. Received water after 50 minutes. Witnessed 12 other patrons come in after and receive their food before Idid. Also watch out for the door! Won't come back. Read more
