The ladies that were working the window had great customer service. They were fast, kind & even made sure to let me know that I... had a free burrito on my card. At other locations I?ve been to, I usually have to ask & there are times that I even forget toask about my JumBurrito card points/rewards. Always love the stew meat burrito. It's delicious, they don't skimp on the meat, and the prices are reasonable. (About $7 for a... jumbo size with plenty of meat.) I don't pay extra for avocado anymore, they only add a tiny bit. If I get takeout I just add myown avocado. Once, they put cheese on my burrito without asking and I'm lactose intolerant so had to drive back to the store toget it fixed. But, I almost never have issues. Read more
JumBurrito is something that has never failed me in life! The food is always great and the service is always with a smile. I... went through the drive thru and ordered my free birthday burrito. I get to the window to use it and the friendly cashier noticedthat I had another free offer that expired that day! Wish I could give this location less than 1 stars. Ordered a combination burrito. Got a tortilla filled with nothing but... guacamole. Such a pain when you have to check an entire order while holding up the rest of the line, but if you don't, 9x outof 10 the order will be wrong when you get to your destination to finally sit down and eat. At $6 a burrito the least they coulddo is get the order right. Read more
