I eat there at least 5 times a week. I love the bacon, egg and cheese and the salsa is Fab! I have only 2 concerns. 1.... Consistency Sometimes the filling is over cooked and dry. ...from sitting in the hotel pan I'm guessing. It continues to cook. Sometimes, however, its perfect. Tortilla is hot and eggs are hot and wet! Those are the burritos I hope to get every timebut I dont. 2. Size When companies name their business and name it with a catchy or alluring undertone, then what ever they areselling better be that! Ex. Rosa's Cafe and Tortilla Factory. ...they better be some dang good tortillas. There are manyexamples I can give you can see my point. If I go to Jumburitto and order a Jumbo then it better be jumbo. Often I get a littlefilling in a large Tortilla and sometimes it's what I'm expecting as a Jumbo. I have figured out the trick however. When Iorder and ask that it be cooked fresh I get what I like. Jumbo, steaming hot and a wet filling. If were to weigh every burritoI bought in a week's time [oz.] I guarantee the weights would vastly differ! I can do that over a week's time if youlike. I think at the four Midland locations the cooks must put their own touches to the food prepared. Yesterday held a special treat... to say the least, at the Lamesa location the stew meat burrito was the most tender, flavorful and juiciest ever! This made mehave to use extra napkins but for that kind of flavor I'll do the extra cleanup. Cudoes to the cook. Read more
The food is always good as long as you give Specific instructions on how to cook the burrito. Make sure you take your time to... check your order is complete. We come in from Greenwood to get food. But lately it seem like they always forget a burrito ortwo. You go in to restaurant to get your order corrected and they treat you like you ate the burrito between the drive threw andthe parking lot. The lady taking our order was rude. We were asked if we wanted hot or mild sauce and we asked for both. After driving off we... realized we had no napkins, no hot sauce so we had to go back to get the things that were suppose to be in the bag. Read more
