Reviews for McAlister's Deli in Midland, TX
Have family in from PA and they like McAlister's so we generally try to get a visit or order in while they are here. We like... McAlister's, or at least we used to... Short and succinct, I will never spend money at this location again. I hope corporatepays attention to these reviews, because changes need to be made. Same as other reviews, incorrect orders (and not minorstuff), poorly prepared food. And when we spoke to the manager there was no apology and no concern. Too bad because its a goodplace with a good menu but in this location at least, they are way short of the mark. Read more
Took too long to cook. Best sandwich I have had in a long time when inorder at another location. Wish I could remember er where... I would give that one a 5 star. .this sandwich was terrible. Poorly mad. Meat too thick. Thrown together. Everydisappointing. Wish i had gone somewhere else. Read more

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. Unfortunately. The manager Angel Garcia if that's even her real name. Was very careless and rude.... Not helpful at all. She should definitely not be a manager until properly trained. My Order was also wrong and missing items.And she was careless about how to fix it. Absolutely horrible experience 3 times now. I waited to review assuming every business has a bad day once in a while but this is... the 3rd attempt at this location. Today the GM was in a bright yellow hoodie and hair in her face. Another customer asked abouther not being in uniform and she told him she can wear whatever she wants because she's the GM. I witnessed this conversationbecause I'd been waiting 45 min for a call in order. No lids for drinks, extremely long wait and finally one of the attendantsjust asked if I'd rather have my money back than wait for my food. This place is a joke. The GM should be embarrassed but she'snot. She doesn't seem to care at all about the experience of her customers and that lack of caring trickles down through thestaff as they follow her lead. I order lunch here because it?s close to my office, and that?s literally the only reason. They forget my dressing almost every... time & when I ask for the dressing, they act like it?s the biggest inconvenience. There?s times where they?ll give me thetiniest amount of dressing, I?m sure to be a smart alec. Not enough for a salad. Most of the staff seems annoyed & rude. There?sa couple who are nice. Food and service has always been good. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. The lobby sound system has a horrible sound that... will drive you crazy if you are sensitive to that kind of thing and ruin your dine in experience.
