Slowest drive-thru. You have to wait at the intercom for at least 5 minutes in the morning. When you get to the window all the... cars are gone, so I'm not sure why it takes so long to place the order. And the 2nd drive thru lane is always closed in themorning with cars all the way into the street. Just stupid!! Read more

Worst McDonald's ever! I couldn't use my app to order ahead of time. Couldn't go inside because the lobby closes at 9pm. Then... they were out of certain items! I will never come back to this location ever again! Read more
Place has gotten slow, orders are mis-made and even saw a returned burger given to the drive through after being handled by a... customer. Same staff member also was coughing all over the final food prep area. Just waiting till someone catches it onvideo and sends that to the health department... Read more
Terrible customer service. I walked in to pick up items that were missed from my order, and the female bagging fries with blue... hair,acknowledged us rolled her eyes and proceeded to cackle on her phone while she bagged up orders with no gloves ????. Atotal of 4 people acknowledged us before another employee approached us to asked what was missed. When attempting to call thestore they picked up the phone, said nothing. Never spending my money here again. I wanted to give the store a 0 cause that'swhat she represented the stores customers service to be. Read more
Order was correct. Fries bland without salt. Coins wrapped up in bills when I got my change. All the coins fell on the ground.... Why don't you use both your hands and count the flipping change back. I'm not putting the coins in my wallet with the cash soplease don't try to send it through the window all together. Patties were tore up like they crushed them on the griddle. I have door dashed multiple times from this location and there always seems to be an issue. I keep giving the benefit of the... doubt bc my kids like the breakfast usually but I will never order from them after getting a napkin inside of my latte thismorning! I?m so disgusted and disappointed in the service of not only McDonald?s but also door dash about this issue! Two starsis being nice for the couple of times there hasn?t been a problem. Read more
