One of the only things that I eat at McDonald's is the double filleted fish sandwich only. And a medium strawberry shake. This... last visit I received the double fillet of fish sandwich (and it is not even on the kiosk menu, on the inside). But I was givena strawberry smoothie rather than a strawberry shake. I noticed that the young lady making the drink had a can of whipped creamright next to her. So I thought she was just going to do the regular thing. Put the whipped cream on top of my shake, put a lidon it, and handed to me with the rest of my order. But I noticed the lead was different. It was strawberry so I just thoughtthey were out of the shakes lids. 15-20 minutes later I tasted the drink. It was not a shake. I am a Whataburger devotee. Exceptfor the double filet of fish sandwich. I'm not a smoothie person. So I did not care for this smoothie. I will make a note of itwhen I do the survey on the receipt. But I will still continue to go back to McDonald's for the double fillet of fish sandwichand the strawberry shake. Read more
I went through the drive through and ordered 4 cheeseburgers and two large Cokes. It took a while to finally get order through... due to language barrier. After paying, looked at recipient and realized I was over charged and after speaking to a few nonEnglish workers, the manager understood and gave me a refund, while the workers were eating cookies and staring at us in drivethrough. Please refrain from getting onto your employees and front of customers regardless if it's a minor thing such as clothing. It is... very unprofessional to scold your employees in front of people in your store. It is more professional to take them to the officeif it is a discipline that is needed. Read more
I've been working all day long literally just wanted a burger and large fries I went and ordered and they messed up my meal and... made me wait longer and then when I got home it was a small fry and every single fry was stale, and hard to touch. But I wastrying to eat them anyways because I was super hungry I called to let them know and he said I would have to bring back the smallfry in order to do anything about it not cool at all seeing as I'm the one who paid good money for it and didn't even get what Iasked for or paid for in the beginning and then I couldn't get any help for it. I hadn't been in since the beginning of the pandemic and I wasn't disappointed. The service at this location is great,... especially for Midland. My order was quick and correct and the two employees that assisted me were very attentive and friendly.Had a sundae for desert and it was good as well. Overall the place was clean and the service and product was quite good. Read more
Luckily no one got sick! But you can tell the patty was under cooked. Long lines as usual and very poor employee attitude. Half... the time your food is practically thrown at you at the drive through. This definitely the worst McDonald's to go to thus far.This occurred on 10/09/21 Read more
For a McDonald's this place is amazing. Very modern. Great play area for the kids. ***UPDATED REVIEW*** This place must have... JUST been renovated when I went the first time because it is absolutely filthy. The kids play area is disgusting and this isn'tfrom a couple of messy kids, obvious it isn't cleaned regularly with dirt and food caked on. Even though we don't really likefast food I liked having a clean, safe indoor place to hang out on cold rainy days. Need less to say, we will not return to thisplace. Food was ready quickly and was warm and good. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.
