Update ---- What happened to this place? Did they start making too much money. Now they've lost their charm and turned into an... old man's swanky olive garden. Way to ruin a good thing pi social. Lost its vibe and it's attention to service. Lots of mistakesand no interest in the loner looking for a social place to enjoy a meal. Think I'm done here.#WhatTheHellAreYouCharging20$APizza. Atmosphere is laid back andentertaining even when dining alone. There's a pay to play jukebox and sports highlights playing on nearby big screens. I wassurprised they catered to nearly every type. Menu is limited but allows plenty of options. Service is fast and friendly evenafter a stressful day. I do not dole out bests often, but this place makes old fashions I wish I could make for myself. Good food, the service is slow though. Also, the music playing through the speaker system is just too loud and not enjoyable... because you can't hear the person in-front of you talking. We asked the waiter to turn it down please and the waiter kept saying("What? Sorry What?") because he couldn't hear us and when we yelled it at him pretty much he said they can't turn the musicdown... funny.. My wife and I had a great time eating dinner and having drinks after a very long week, but I can’t forget to mention our... server was amazing. Food was just as the reviews mentioned, very tasty and filling. We were in middle of our service, we werepolitely asked by a server/bar back to move from our original table to accommodate a party of nine. We were happy to do so. Thenfinishing up dinner, with drinks in our hands. RUDELY INTERRUPTED BY THE MANAGER(or she claims)! “I need yal to move or we canrun your card” Personally, I thought we were being thrown out by her awful tone. At that moment our nice evening was RUINEDand the manager/hostess TARNISHED all of our experience by demanding us to move for the second time. When we decided to move toanother table we felt unwelcome and our server was so embarrassed by the way we were talked to by the “manager”. She triedto apologize after knowing they totally RUINED OUR NIGHT and asked what she could do. We weren’t even up from our table andthe party of 9 pulled my wife’s chair from out table as we said we’d help. When I said she tried to apologize, it was NOTeven a genuine apology just more of an excuse why she should not run a restaurant. I personally told her that she ruined ournight and experience, that personally was my first and LAST TIME supporting the restaurant, and would not be bringing my officeback as this is where we meet Houston personnel monthly. Props to our amazing server. Shame on the unprofessional owner. Ifit’s just you and a guest and you don’t look the part for downtown midland or have a big bill/party. I really Like this place, but I ordered a bottle of water because their tap water tastes really bad. (and they did not have... bottle of water) Waitress was good but poor guy was in charge of 80% of the tables. (The Pizzas are good) Read more
We sat at the bar and had a drink and The Hog pizza, which was amazing. An expected delight for Midland. Gary the bartender was... definitely the best. Will be back again. Read more
Walked in with my girlfriend for a few drinks and walked out feeling like we had met up with some friends. There was a great... atmosphere and the other patrons were super friendly. The bartender, Gary, was superb and made me a fantastic drink. Read more
Pizza was good as usual. The spicy chicken sandwich is hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve had. Great service
No great options for vegan food; I hope that changes in time. My bartender, Angela, made a really great Irish Old Fashioned.... Then I asked for a NY Sour. She didn't know what it was at first, but when I showed her, she made the best one I've everhad. Great staff, professional service. Read more
