I went there for a job. Online for employment they offered $15 + / hour with a $500 sign on bonus. At the store they offered me... only $10/hour with no sign on bonus for a delivery position plus tips. Tips are not guaranteed with every delivery so the drivercan not depend on tips. The store went against the corporate advertisement online which could open a class action lawsuit forfalse advertisement. The $10/hour is not a good income here in Midland, Texas. Everyone wants to know why people do not want towork. People do not want to go through applying aggravation online, underpaid and the abuse these big corporations put youthrough while they are making huge profits at slave labors expense. Slavery is suppose to be illegal, not here in Texas. Thesebig corporations do not care what color or race you are as long as they can under pay you and work you like a slave. Read more

If I could give zero stars it would be just that. I ordered food on Sep 2, and my order was incorrect. I called the store to... speak to manager and he was very unprofessional and rude. I explained how they sent me the wrong pizza and the baked pasta washard and dried out and he told me to shut up and give him my number. I was appalled, but I gave him my number and asked him fora refund. He said no, he was sending pizza and hung up in my face. I then called right back, and a regular worker answered, Iasked for the manager, and she said the manager was busy and hung up in my face. I tried reaching out to another Pizza Hut andspoke with the district manager at another Pizza Hut and they said that they were going to let Corporate know and someone willbe calling me back and as of today no one has called me back. This service is unacceptable and I will never eat there again. Totop it off 45 minutes later the delivery driver pulls up with pizza and he thinks that I?m gonna eat it no I sent it right backto the store just waiting on someone to get back with me on my complaint because I definitely do not deserve it. Went to pick up food that I ordered online. As soon as I started to say that I was there, the short worker stopped me and told... me he'd be with me in a few. He proceeded to finish his conversation with his Co worker about something that didn't have to dowith the job. Pizza was ok. I did get help from the young kid by him helping me to my truck carrying my drinks, so that's nice.Giving it a 3 only because the young kid being helpful and not dismissive like the others. Read more
