I think the last time I came here everything was fine. This time it was a little more awkward, maybe I made it that way, I... don't know. My food was fresh and delicious. My service and my beverage were a little off. The fountain that took my order Ithought heard me okay. He read back everything all right. But when I got my order I was missing one of the condiments I hadasked for. They kindly brought it out and very promptly after I called back in. But I left and then realized that the drink theygave me was incorrect I went back and asked for it to be changed. I told them what I wanted but then again got somethingcompletely different than what I had asked. The car hop wasaybe why, or busy? Because she did not say hello she did not tell mewhat I was getting, And I knew instantly that they brought me was incorrect, again Frustrated I asked, "What is this?" It wasn'twhat I ordered. Everything was great. The staff was shorthanded and the speakers was busted. So we did have to wait for our food for a bit..... they came out and took our order. Everything was correct and fresh. Read more
Sonic was one of my first jobs. I remember taking pride in the fact there were no warming drawers and food was fresh when... ordered. Daily made onion rings and fresh brewed tea. But I also remember how quickly the tea container molds if not washed. Iordered a sweet tea and literally had mold floating in the cup! This was the worse burger I've had. First off, my order got to me in less than 5 minutes which lead me to believe it was going... to be bad. Sure enough, they did disappoint. Burger was cold as if had previously been sitting there. I wish I would have takena picture before I ate it so you could have seen how it looked. It literally looked like someone poked my burger numerous times,fingered would be a better word. Having there been only 5 other vehicles, you would think the food would be good and hot. Nope,not even warm. The fries were just as bad if not worse. I took a few bites and threw it away. Money down the drain and stillhungry, so had to go look for another meal. The only good thing was the drink which I asked for light/easy ice, and it wasfilled to the brim. It's sad they want higher wages and can't even make a mediocre burger properly. Will never be coming back tothis place. What a disgrace of a restaurant. Don't eat here unless you want to leave hungry after throwing your food away. Read more
I tried the yellow cake batter shake and it was so thick and creamy I had to start with a spoon because it wouldn't come through... a straw. I could turn it upside down and nothing moved. It tasted great ???? Read more
*Edit: I found a blond hair in my food, Very disgusting. I thought working in a kitchen you'd have to wear a hair net. It's... always something with this location. I was annoyed cause they got my order wrong for the upteenth time, But the husband/wifemanager duo saved the day! By the way, The managers name I had mentioned was named Cynthia not Catherine. The Manager duo arethe only reason I give this place 5 stars! They were very sympathetic to my annoying mom attitude and Handled the situationgracefully! Read more
Ordered using the app. I couldn't tell which stall I was in from my car so I had to ask an employee. Fast and friendly service.
