New location, I gave them a try. I ordered a medium fry, they messed up my change and then I had to pull foward for a medium... fry.. I get a medium fry which was half full. Me of all people, I give the benefit of the doubt.. I?m not an a-hole.. I knowsome days are the worst etc.. but come on man, what the heck type of food service is this. I wasted my 3.24 :( Read more
Save yourself the disappointment! I suggested Wendy?s to the family since this new one is close by they all said noooooo but... went along with me, we?ll just because it?s new doesn?t mean it?s going to be good lol was the worst ever !!! First they handour drinks through drive through and say sorry we just ran out of ice ! Give us hot drinks and don?t take any money off ( if Ihad gone to pick up the food I wouldn?t have taken it) husband gets home with the food and everyone?s is messed up and thePattie?s on the burger are like chopped hamburger meat Stuck back together? I ordered two singles w/o cheese and pickles. Order was wrong. They "fixed" it. I don't know if they were out of tomatoes but... both burgers didn't have them. The onions were off the outer layer and hard. The lettuce leaf barely covered half the sandwich.The bun was smashed and the patty falling apart. Straight up garbage and a waste of time. Went through the drive thru around 2:45pm and there were literally no other customers there. It took someone forever to get to... me at the speaker and then was too busy laughing and joking around with someone that she had to keep asking what I was trying toorder. I got to the window and still waited 10+ min for my food just for my order to come out completely wrong. I then had topark in a parking spot and wait another 5 min for them to correct my order and bring it out to me. Not one person apologized forthe error. Read more
I usually don?t leave google reviews but I have been to the new location 4 times since they opened. Every time Ive had a bad... experience. The first time I went right after they opened and they made my salad completely wrong. Which I don?t understandbecause I didn?t ask for anything on it to be different. So the second time I went I asked the girl taking my order to pleasemake sure they give me the right salad because the last time it was wrong. I was cut off in the middle of my sentence and askedto pull forward. when they gave me the salad it was made wrong again so I tried to tell her and she again cut me off sayingthat?s how it?s made. i tried to tell her I?ve ordered this salad plenty of times at other locations it?s always made the same.She literally started yelling and cussing me through the window till a manager came and pulled her away. They gave me anothersalad to replace it that still wasn?t made right. I didn?t go back for a couple months. The next time I went I ordered 2 biggiebags and a kids meal. They forgot the nuggets in the biggie bags. I went again today and ordered the same thing. They apparentlythey only charged me for one biggie bag and a kids meal. When I tried to explain to the man in the window that I was supposed tohave another meal he argued with me about what I order and how it was made I ended up leaving with 3 burgers and none of themwere made right??????? Didn't have a good experience here I went through drive thru order a 4 for 4 my fries were old and my nuggets my patty looked... dried out I went back asked for better food and they gave me what look like fresh fries and Didn't replace my burger and madefresh nuggets won't be going back Read more
