Service here sucks. We ordered through drive thru and Ordered a coke. They gave us diet coke. Asked for utensils, napkins, salt... and pepper. The guy acted like we were bothering him. Service is going way down hill. Read more

I don?t know what is going on with whataburger but, they are going down hill customer service has always been good but the... quality of food is now that of McDonald?s and it?s not any specific location it?s all of them the burgers use to be hot andjuicy. Now it?s dry and The ?melted ? cheese seams to be melted on from the night before ?. The taquitos use to be fresh toonow it?s like eating cold cardboard.. IM CALLING YOU OUT WHATABURGER!! It's actually 0 stars! We had a 2 hour drive and of course kids wanted dinner for the road. We went through the drive-through to... save time and not only did the girl not "hear" when I told her I wanted to use my reward, one of the Mangers also didn't payattention but our order was also wrong. I had to drive back waste another 20+minutes and the employees were upset at uscustomers for their mistakes. Yes, I understand and am fluent in spanish. I heard what they were saying; didn't appreciatetheir disrespectful attitude as they spoke about the customers. No apologies for their mistakes or considerations for customersin drive-through. Came for breakfast. I was giving my order to Brayan S the cashier. After my first item he checked his phone. From there he was... too distracted to take the correct order. We wanted a single Bob. Brayan kept putting in a meal. I thought he fixed it after Itold him 3 times a single sandwich. I ordered another Togo item and paid. I glanced at my receipt and saw that he put in themeal for the Bob. I told him it needed to be fixed. He went and got a manager who didn?t speak any English and told her it wasmy error. I speak Spanish, I?m sure he didn?t know and told him, no this was your fault. He then said ?no, you ordered themeal.? Whatever text message he received distracted him to the point of messing up and then lying about it. Unbelievable poorcustomer service and then to have a supervisor who cannot interact with most people is beyond ridiculous. Read more

Their drive thru is so slow I decided to go inside. Had to wait for my breakfast order to be taken because no one was paying... attention to the counter. Wanted Dr. Pepper, which was out. All fountain drinks were sputtering. I waited for my order whilewatching everyone who was in the drive thru when I drove up get served before I did. I've been coming here for 5 months and theservice has always been poor and the food is marginal unlike most other Whataburgers. Read more

Got the order right this time but super slow. People that came in after me got there orders and I was still waiting. Very... disorganized no one seem to work together. But the food was still good. Read more

What is the point of ordering ahead if you'll still have to wait 10 minutes without anyone bringing your food. I had to go... inside and get my "mobile curbside order "myself. When I got inside there were at least 5-7 employees and only 3 working. Myorder was just sitting there on the counter. You all really need to work on your time management and customer service skills.
