As usual no shakes... Common practice around here... And of course never get the order right... Ask for 2 burgers done exact... same way with mustard pickles ketchup and onions... We get one with tomatoes lettuce mustard and one with mustard and a pound ofdiced onions... Again common practice... No one ever listens to orders anymore... Why bother asking everyone what they want,might as well just wait for a surprise bag, because it's never what you wanted... Drive through was slow. They ALWAYS forget something from my order. I have only gone once every few months and it always... happens. Hate their parking lot. Staff is always nice, but tired of them consistently forgetting order items. Read more
Gotten curbside a few times in the last 2 months. Always order without onions. They still put them on the burger. I understand... mistakes happen. No big deal. I?m not usually one to complain. But there is a problem every single time I visit thiswhataburger. Manager just argues with you when you call. If they even pick up the phone. Staff seems poorly trained and mangereven worse.
