As usual no shakes... Common practice around here... And of course never get the order right... Ask for 2 burgers done exact... same way with mustard pickles ketchup and onions... We get one with tomatoes lettuce mustard and one with mustard and a pound ofdiced onions... Again common practice... No one ever listens to orders anymore... Why bother asking everyone what they want,might as well just wait for a surprise bag, because it's never what you wanted... Drive through was slow. They ALWAYS forget something from my order. I have only gone once every few months and it always... happens. Hate their parking lot. Staff is always nice, but tired of them consistently forgetting order items. Read more
Gotten curbside a few times in the last 2 months. Always order without onions. They still put them on the burger. I understand... mistakes happen. No big deal. I?m not usually one to complain. But there is a problem every single time I visit thiswhataburger. Manager just argues with you when you call. If they even pick up the phone. Staff seems poorly trained and mangereven worse. Went at 330am on a Tuesday. Fries were fresh, burger cooked right. Only had 1 person ahead of me in line took like 5 minutes.... Will be back for late night food! Read more

Don?t ever eat there. It was cold and nasty and the cheese wasn?t even on the meat it was on the bread. And most of all never... pay online because they have the worst time getting your money back if you have a problem. With Whataburger you always have aproblem Read more
If I could do half a star I would. Did and online order using the app. They took almost and hour for my order and I place it... before I got there and still wasn't ready didnt get any ketchup. Im glad I checked bc they almost didn't give me my gravy. Theyneed better staff who knows how to speak English and know what ketchup or what fries are. Management needs to help their staffAND GIVE better training. They Took so long sO I figured it be fresh but my food was cold and hard we didn't even eat it.
