On Dec. 4th I went to have lunch with my family and after waiting for 40 minutes for a dine in order when the we were told there... was a 18 min wait we finally received our food all of our fries were cold to the touch so I politely ask them if they could redoour fries and give us fresh hot fries the assistant manager told me ok with an attitude. She told me I would have to waitanother 15 mins more and I asked why she said since I complained about wanting hot fries they had to make some more but whileshe was saying this I could see a fresh batch coming out and I asked her why couldn?t I have some of those she told me those arefor calling in orders and I told her why not take of me first since I?m standing in front of her right now and take care of acurrent situation she has right in front of her she refused because of her ego! I asked for the store manager and that?s whenshe laughed and said there was no one but her so I was forced to wait for additional 15 mins just so she can basically throw herweight because she could. It?s sad that there is no common since anymore and to treat customers with respect. Read more

Horrible customer service. One of the employees wouldn't give my order cause she needed my ID and card to verified it was me who... paid for MY FOOD. Ridiculous but the guy infront of me didn't get asked for his ID I guess they just pick pocket who to be jerkswith. Read more

Worst place to order wings from. The customer service is completely deplorable. I walked up to the counter and ordered a 6 piece... with corn, the lady at the counter didn?t ask if it was to go. She assumed it was dine-in. They told me it would be about 45mins. People that ordered after me were told 30 mins even though their orders were larger than mine by far. About 30 mins intomy wait time, I decided to ask them if my order was placed as a to go order, BIG MISTAKE, the kitchen staff decided to skip overmy order several times everyone that came in after me received their orders and left. I waited for an entire hour and nothing Istill hadn?t received my order. I decided to walk up to the counter and asked if my order was ready and the lady at the countertold me that my order was in fact still not ready. So I decided to ask for my money back she then told me let me check one moretime. Magically my order was ready and she said we?re sorry your order has been ready and asked do you still want your order? Atthat point, they could not pay me to take that order. I decided to get my money back and decided to ask for a receipt statingthat I would be getting my money back because the lady at the counter did not bother to want to give me a receipt. If I couldgive this place zero stars I absolutely would. Worst place ever!!!! Read more

I ordered online, my order took a little bit longer to be ready but most likely is because I ordered my 30 wings extra crispy.... When I got home, all the wings were indeed extra crispy, with the flavors I asked for, nothing was missing. Kudos to all thestaff that were working hard and with a good attitude despite the challenge of just seving orders to go. Thanks to the managerGeorge Marquez and his crew, keep it up!!!! Read more
