I am compelled to write this letter because of the horrible way that I was treated yesterday (September 27, 2021, at about 2:00... PM) at the Dunkin Donuts located at 80 Godwin Ave, Midland Park, NJ 07432. When I walked into the establishment there was onlyone employee at the counter and no customers. The person behind the counter was talking on his cell with the mask under hischin. As I placed my order (ice cream) he did not stop the call or fixed his mask over the mouth. When he opened theprotecting doors to serve the ice cream I noticed droplets coming out of this mouth and into the buckets of ice cream. Then Itold him that I did not want the ice cream anymore because he was not wearing his mask properly and left. As I was leaving heshouted "f... y...!", to which I did not react. However, I cannot let this event stray unreported. This is the time of thepandemic and this person may infect your customers. Description of the offending individual: male, 20 to 25 years old, Latinethnicity (he was speaking Spanish), dark skin, black beard, and not showing a good disposition for work. Read more
Every time I order through an app, my order is late and wrong. I gave the location an benefit of a doubt. One or two orders... wrong that is undestandable, but not six orders in a row. The owner is to blame, he or she is never there and has only oneperson behind the counter through lunch. Read more
Nicer coffee shop, nice place to chill leisurely.
Been there 2 days in row and they had worst service. They also shorted my munchkins ( 2x 50) even though there was plenty in... trays at store. No toilet paper in bathroom and when asked said there is no more, too bad. Employees are totally clueless. Tryto avoid. Starbuvks os across the street i believe. Read more
