I come here often, like once every week or two and it?s so frustrating to always be revived with such an attitude as a customer.... It seems they hate there job and they take it out on the customer. I am a polite customer who is just trying to get her food andleave. They have no patience for customers trying to navigate their app, EVEN when there is no one in line. Its crazy as acustomer you need to be patient because they don?t always get the order right and they are slow and will even create problems. Perfect place for ice cold fries, and Coke. 15 cars waiting outside 12 people waiting inside. Short handed place.
Good when you go there yourself but dont order delivery. Never get my orser right always missing an entire part of the meal
Every time i come here i regret it. The employees are extremely rude and clearly hate their jobs, and they take it out on... customers. I love me some Wendy's! Until today 7/16/22. Made me change my 5 star review to a 1 star. Especially after the treatment I... received from management when I tried to complain about the drive thru girl. I see alot of complaining about her in here. Howdoes she still have a job?? Rude, swears alot, tried to stare me down. Was that supposed to keep me from complaining? My teenagedaughter and her friend couldn't believe it. Did she just cuss at you Mom? Now we're at home laughing, shocked, wish we couldmake a tik tok about it. This place lacks good employees who lack to pay attention to what you order. It is absolutely disgusting. Paid 23.00 dollars... only to come home and find my order completely wrong. What a waste of money. Pay attention and do your freaking jobs right. Read more
Absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service at this location. Not only was the girl at the drive through window abrupt,... rude & disrespectful, but the manager was as well. I run a business myself & customer service is extremely important, especiallyin this day & age, & I have never been so disrespected. It was not just about not getting our order correct, but the young girlat the window thought calling me ?weak? because she could not get a simple order correct was going to help the situation. 10:45 pm terrible experience Children running the shift, order in front of us were clearly friends of the person at the window... and they even said they didn't pay for their meal Didn't remember our order when we got to the window even though we repeatedthe order three times.... it was 2 items...
