We were in town for a wedding, staying at a hotel down the street. I was looking for a local restaurant for our group to stop in... for breakfast. Caroline's was exactly what I was looking for - had the feeling of a small, mom and pop style restaurant. When wewalked inside I heard the hostess tell a guest "see y'all tomorrow" - so I knew it was good. The menu had a lot of options thatI considered classic for a southern style breakfast. I ordered the "two eggs any style with corn beef hash and biscuits ortoast." I ordered my biscuit with gravy, grits on the side and my eggs over medium. Everything was cooked exactly as asked.
