We were in town for a wedding, staying at a hotel down the street. I was looking for a local restaurant for our group to stop in... for breakfast. Caroline's was exactly what I was looking for - had the feeling of a small, mom and pop style restaurant. When wewalked inside I heard the hostess tell a guest "see y'all tomorrow" - so I knew it was good. The menu had a lot of options thatI considered classic for a southern style breakfast. I ordered the "two eggs any style with corn beef hash and biscuits ortoast." I ordered my biscuit with gravy, grits on the side and my eggs over medium. Everything was cooked exactly as asked. This is an amazing cafe. Made to order breakfasts are so delicious. The comfort food is like a hug from Grandma.

First time here. Just a tad too early this morning for the biscuits. But we still had other choices and the service was great.... The omelet was really tasty. Hashbrowns crispy on one side and softer on the other side. She has the eggs sausage Hashbrownswith a pancake instead of toast or biscuit. Every thing was hot and fresh. Just came to this place on a whim, breakfast was GREAT. PANCAKES GIVE IHOP A RUN FOR THEIR MONEY.
