Thursday 10/6 I mobile ordered for my family and I. We used the express drive thru lane. Got our order very quickly. BUT we got... all the way home only to find out we were missing our 12 piece chicken nugget Entree. When I tried to call the store. Thenumber never rang more than once. It went to a message saying "a voice mail box has not been sent up, Goodbye" So I couldn'tcall and voice my complaint about my missing food. Well it was my first time doing the online order thing. I wasn't sure where to park because I didn't see any numbers in the... lanes that I was supposed to park in so I called and the person I spoke with was very unprofessional and rude.
