Twice this week I have arrived just after 10:00 p.m. after work to get dinner and once I was not greeted and the second time I... was greeted and said they were closed. The door and Google will say 10:30 is closing time. The staff say otherwise. If you closeat 10:00 then update the hours on your door and google. It's not difficult. If I could give 0 I would. The fries tasted weird the sandwich was poorly put together and there was a bug in my coleslaw. Would... not recommend eating at this location. Will be putting a tip in to the local health department. When alerted about the bug theworker said nothing just attempted to give me New coleslaw. Why would I want something with bugs in it? I guess the female manager gets upset because I want fresh food. The service today was terrible. I saw a least five people who... had to bring their food back because of the wrong order. I waited for my food but didn't eat my food because of her attitude. Iwould like to tell her not to worry I will never step into that place again. Customers' service doesn't exist in thatRestaurant. We've given this restaurant 4 times to redeem themselves. From 8 pc chicken missing, sides missing, rolls missing... to now... gravy and coleslaw everywhere because they used drink lids for containers that were too big. Gravy n coleslaw everywhere.. Justdone. Read more
