The manager Amari, she is always so rude even when it?s not busy. She always has a snotty attitude. Food here is great but don?t... expect food made with love if she?s present. I usually let it slide when we come and visit cause it?s never taken personally buttoday was the last straw when our pizza wasn?t ready for almost an hour. The way she handled our situation was poorly done,she?s the only person in there I?ve ever had an attitude problem with. How she was promoted to a manager is questionable. Forthe longest time until today I always assumed she was your typical young disgruntled employee but she?s running thisestablishment? No wonder they ran an hour behind on making a cheese pizza. She?s not qualified, she can?t handle the heat in thekitchen. Long story short my pizza was never in the works even after being order at 6:52pm online. Great food but THE WORST EMPLOYEES. This was our third time at this location and I swear the employees just get worse and worse.... At one point the guy said he accidentally threw away our ticket and couldn?t remember what we ordered and then he changed it upwhen we said the pizza was wrong and said our ticket said he made it right. And the girl making pizza was yelling names so loudit scared the entire restaurant as well as my kids. We had to leave because it made our son cry because he was scared. Staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow and the salad was certainly not fresh. It was pretty nasty to be... completely honest. The pizza was pretty good and those toppings were fresh, but they don't have much of a selection. The pricewas pretty pricy for 2 pizzas and a salad that we didn't even eat. I took a mentor with me. The location was Midlothian. We stood in ashort line to place our order. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient as we placed our orders. There is such a hugevariety of veggies if you are a vegetarian. There is also a meat substitute available.... Awesome! You received generousportions. The food was fantastic! The staff are awesome! Yesterday was an AMAZING experience at MOD Pizza in Midlothian. It?s usually hit or Miss but YESTERDAY was absolutely amazing.... The staff was patient with my daughter as she kept saying ?more. Just a little more. Ok a little more? for her toppings. Thestaff was so engaging with us and EVERYONE had smiles on their faces. You could tell that their work dynamic was very close.They were truly working as a team. They even asked if we liked our pizzas since we added strawberries on them. Kudos to thatteam. First time to Mod....loved it. You can make up your own pizza, like a sub at Subway. Or you can pick one of theirs and modify it... how you want. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Read more

Absolutely love the pizza here. Crust is FANTASTIC, it's what I would consider thin, though you can order a thicker version (for... an upcharge). I'm usually a thick crust fan, but theirs I would choose 10 times out of 10 over a full thick. The pizzas arereally more of a personal size, so keep that in mind. You basically pay for the crust, and ANY toppings you want are added forfree. I hate paying a fortune for 10 extra pepperoni like the big boys throw on you. The employees here are nice, and fast.Expect to pay about $10/person. Read more
