I've found Pizza Hut to have great pizza as well as great people. My fav pizza place.
Everytime I order from them something is wrong, they forget items. This store seems very unorganized, maybe they need to look... into who they are hiring? Management is a joke from what I gather, customer service is NOT a priority. Thin crust was delivered under cooked and was doughy. Had to finishing cooking myself. Didn't deliver the parmesan cheese shaker... that was order and paid for. Read more
I called the store because my order had not arrived within the estimated delivery time, the young lady informed me that they... were short on drivers and my order should arrive in 15 more minutes. I told the young lady that this was absolutely fine and allI ask is when my pizza does arrive it?s not like warm/cold and she said it would be hot. Fast forward to the pizza arriving25mins later, it was cold the cheese was firm and I had to microwave pizza to warm it. As a paying person this kind of serviceis unacceptable. Fairly clean on the inside. They were pretty slammed when I went to pick up my order. Ordered on-line and it was ready at the... time I chose. Pizzas were hot and we enjoyed them. Thanks Pizza Hut! Read more
We have ordered twice from this place in the last two weeks. the first time the wrong order was delivered. At first they... refused to make it right and offered a credit on the next order. Finally agreed to send us what we paid for after 1 1/2 hours itarrived. We decided to give it another shot last night and my wife ordered 3 pizzas and 3 orders of apple pies they have for agroup. The order arrived the pizza was fine this time but when my wife opened the dessert it looked like it went through ablender. Beyond ridiculous. the manager told us that that sometimes happens. I asked if we could get another order and was toldthat is not the policy of the company. He did offer a credit on a future order. I said in that case I would like to use thecredit and have another order sent over. He said he could not do that. ?? This should have been a simple fix. I included a photoof one of the orders. The manager refused to give his name and stated that it did not matter to him if he lost our business ashe would still have his job. So,, this was at 8PM May the 2nd. Pizza was done on time and tasted OK .Very dry ,hardly any sauce on it .
