This Taco Bell is the slowest and has the rudest employees. Go to taco casa down the street, much better service and food!!!
Not a bad place, clean and food is good. Some days the drive through is slow and backed up but that?s to be expected with having... little staff. It?s hard to pay with cash when you go inside because they won?t meet you at the counter and only yell at anyonein line to use the machines to order. Dee is wonderful! She is the reason for this 4star review. She is kind, full of energy andmakes you feel like a valued customer. Dee is the employee you want to take your order every time or to meet at the window whenyou pay. I hope she keeps up the hard work and the good vibes! Read more

Had the worse drive through experience. The managers are racist and so rude. It was raining so hard that I couldn?t order at... the drive through without getting soaking wet. Went to the paying window which had more covering, hoping to order . The rudemanager said I needed to go back around and order in the rain. It was not busy at all so I knew this had nothing to do with holding up the line. When I asked if she was serious about what she said, I mean I didn?t think it was a big deal consideringit was raining heavily? The assistant and the manager told me, I had to go round or they will call cops on me!!! ???????? Thenslammed the window to my face. FYI I am a black women. Went home and sent my white husband to see if this was about my skintone. By then the rain had subsided and guess what!!! He was served at the paying window, no questions asked. My husband and Iare so furious. It?s 2022 and it?s astonishing to imagine that skin tone can be an issue on a drive through!!! Read more
People that work fast food these days will not over exert themselves in no way shape form or fashion! They didn't even say... hello..."can you use the portal we are short handed"... they should have just locked the door and just serviced through thedrive thru since it was 10 to 15 cars deep anyway! One girl was low key texting, the other girl didn't care about nothing butstocking cups in the mean time half of them were on the floor That was the MOST PITIFUL TACO BE?L...and our food was in a bagand we said DINE IN??????????? This place is usually a good spot to get take care of your hunger. However this particular night we had a very rude take out... window clerk. Seems my wife ordered a "freeze" drink and when said clerk handed her the cup, my wife realized it wasn't what sheordered. Sure there was a miscommunication, but that clerk just felt the need to get mentally combative. Sucking her teeth andsnatching my debit card. Instead of just giving my wife her correct order, she had to have an attitude. On top of this, shedidn't even put napkins in the bag... There was no need for all the theatrics.
