Pumpkin pecan disgusting and whoever waited on me seemed like they were on drugs. Very antsy and spacey. No coke for coke... floats. Chocolate chip listed on the menu and was told that was wrong and they didn't have it. Worst service ever atbrusters. Update: management contacted me and rectified the situation. Very tasty ice cream, butter pecan is with rich nut and creamy and thick tasty texture, double chocolate chunk and mint... chocolate chips are so good. Just love these! I had the small two scoops and it is so much to even sharing with. Read more
Customer service is horrible. They don?t even say ?hello, next in line or welcome to Bruster?s.? They just stare at you with a... look like they want to be there. Girl taking the order was hiding behind her mask and the window. I said if you are calling me Ican?t hear you because you?re mumbling and your nose is the only thing poking out. Then I needed napkins because I have kids.They don?t give you any when they give you the ice cream. I stood in line and they pretended I wasn?t there and just kept takingorders. I walked to my car for a napkin. For $5 ice creams they could be a little more accommodating. We enjoyed the lawn gamesand sandbox and the kids liked the ice cream. Read more
Good ice cream served by competent people. Lots of outdoor seating and plenty of fun games for everyone. Connect 4, Sand box,... Corn Hole, Ring Toss and more! Shade for the adults. Read more
The icecream was delicious as normal, and the girl working was extremely nice and good at her job. My only complaint is that on... a saturday afternoon she most definently needed help. Read more
I love Bruster's! But they were out of my favorite. I feel they could have a few more flavors too!! Their prices are reasonable... and they usually send out coupons in the valpak - one and one free!! They have a sandy play area for little ones in the backand outdoor seating only. Read more
Always perfect! A little slow serving. Other than that great ice cream. They have a shaded area with tables to enjoy your treat.... Lots of choices. Thursdays bring a banana and get half off and a special treat for the little ones. Read more
Brusters has literally the best ice cream in the area. Flavors are always on rotation and made in house. It can get super busy... but staff is always the top of their game and get through the line quickly and efficiently while also giving great customerservice. Love the outdoor area around it and how relaxing it is. Read more
