I've never seen anything like this in a restaurant, 7:30 pm we came. 4 people at the host stand doing nothing. But from what I... could see atleast 15 dirty tables. Sat on the patio and outside alone were 6 dirty tables. Not one server who came out picked upany dirty dish or glass off these tables the whole time we were there. But only picked up there signed receipts and walked away.Received the food but there was NO silverware so we had to use plastic because everything was dirty on the tables. I even walkedto the host stand and asked for silverware while 4 employees still stood there doing nothing. I asked the server if they wereshort handed and she said no but the busser just got here. We sat outside and smelled dirty old plates for atleast 45 minutesand decided to not order another drink and leave. I kept asking why isnt the manager even helping clear these!? I've worked inthe industry for a long time, we probably came after a dinner rush but to see no team effort or a manager or supervisor on thefloor helping the staff has made me second guess going back if "waiting for the busser to come in " is the Buffalo Wild Wingsprotocol. Everyone has a bad day, but twice in a row? Being a local business owner myself, I would be mortified if my employees treated my... customers the way they are treated here. The employees I?ve dealt with each visit have had ZERO customer service skills. I askeda simple question and was greeted with the attitude of a three year old. unacceptable almost no sauce in any of the four boxes of wings we ordered on 6/23 @ 5:30 pm. Last time we ordered here we got a... decent amount of sauce but this time not so much. This place struggles with consistency. Read more
This place is the WORSE. The bartender/server Ashley (shorter female with glasses sliding off her nose, maybe Asian was not... sure, AVOID her at all cost, she should pay us to have to deal with her) had the worse attitude of anyone I have met working ina restaurant, she obviously hates her job. Service is slow, not all food comes out hot, team members seem to not care. I wouldattribute the poor food quality to the marijuana smell at their back exit. This made me scared to eat any food coming out of thekitchen. I had to contest the charges with my credit card company because I did not consume anything ordered. Be cautious and ifyou park at the back and smell marijuana go somewhere else. I will never return, each visit gets worse. This establishmentreally gives the brand a bad name. Fix the leadership in this location, I attribute the poor experiences to lack ofaccountability coming from your leadership. Read more
We gave this location another chance since our last visit was bad. Poor service, terrible atmosphere/music blasting was that... one. This time was different, good atmosphere, pleasant staff, but very slow service in every way. Bartender working all thehigh tops and couldn't keep up. We both got food poisoned and didn't even make the 15m drive home. Never, ever coming back. Read more
Service is always mediocre in this freezing cold establishment but today was the worst!!!! I only returned because i had limited... time and was in the area. Waited over and hour for two burgers and some chicken tenders. At the one hour mark the bartendercomes and explains they had a large catering order which delayed things but everyone else got there food. When ours did arrivethe fries tasted as though they had been cooked and reheated and the food was horrible. We watched 4 table get up and leaveduring this period of waiting for the reasons above. There were multiple employees standing around laughing and joking, andwalking around in circles. The bartender appeared to be the only person actually doing something.
