Had to repeat order multiple times. Whopper bun was burned to a crisp couldnt go inside to rectify its closed
They failed to include the cheese on my order, so I had to take it back and get cheese added. The lady making the food has... gloves on but her long finger nails are poking out the ends which is probably a health violation.The drink machine is out of iceand soda, which they admitted to knowing but had no desire to fix it or even tell the customers it was out, they just handedthem their cups and sent them on their way. Everything I asked for they gave me the opposite. I asked for no ice on my drink, they gave me ice. I asked for a #2 and they... gave me a #1. I asked for hot fries and guess what, they were cold, including the sandwich. Not to mention, my sandwich didn'thave tomato on it and I asked for extra. Highly disappointed. If I had given my review of this location a month ago, it would have been much better! But I stopped in at this location again... more recently, on a Friday afternoon. No other customers were inside. They may have had 2 or 3 cars at the drive thru. Wewere barely greeted. I think there was 1 or 2 cooks, & 2 people working the drive thru. One person said they would be with ussoon.. About 2 minutes later, a different person told us the same thing. After another 2 minutes, we walked out! Ridiculous! They need more help or SOMETHING!! Read more

I arrived during lunch time and there's about six cars in the line, so I decided to go inside and order. The girl at the counter... seemed to be very busy processing other orders and didn't even take my order for the first 3 minutes, even though I was the onlyperson in line. The menu board was stuck on items 8 through whatever so I couldn't tell what the first seven combo things were.I only ordered a Whopper Jr and it was definitely overcooked, both of them. Should have got the regular Whopper. The restroomsare clean and the employees seem to be covid compliant. Read more
