Great healthy fast food! Customer service is always great as well. We ordered a Greens+ Grain bowl w saffron rice, black... lentils, splendid greens. Dip/spread: eggplant,red pepper hummus. Protein: falafel, Roasted veggies. Toppings:Lettuce, Cabbageslaw, tomato cucumber, Pickled, red onions, fire roasted corn, Olives, Pita crisp. Dressing: Lemon herb. Highly recommend thisplace! This was a pleasant surprise to find this place. As they explained it, they are a Mediterranean Chipotle. Basically build your... own salad place with all the goodies. The servers have been pleasant and helpful and the meals are great. It is a littlepricey, but worth it for the experience and food. I keep taking people there. Read more

Great for vegans! Cava is kind of like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. You go down the line and pick what you'd like in... your bowl, salad, or wrap. But Cava has way more options, especially for a vegan! You won't feel limited or deprived here. It'sa great place to go with friends or family who aren't vegan - everyone can get exactly what they want, customized to theirtaste. My go-to meal here is a greens and grains bowl with: saffron rice, black lentils, Splendid Greens, hummus, red pepperhummus, eggplant dip, roasted veggies, falafel, cucumber tomato salad, pickled red onions, cabbage slaw, roasted corn, kalamataolives, and lemon herb tahini dressing.
