DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Poor food quality and poor service. I ordered guac and the avocados they used were not ready. They... were so hard that the avocados were not smash all the way. 9/10: ordered a burrito and it came out as a square. First I've seen that. Burrito was stuffed though. LOL Many years ago I... loved this location and I think it's still overall great. It's nestled remotely in the strip mall in its own area with plenty ofparking and because it's in the suburbs it's not that busy compared to many other Chipotles. The food used to be consistentlygreat to me, especially with large portion sizes. Also rarely had a wait time. I think over the past couple years, especiallywith COVID, maybe portion sizes have varied a bit more than I like. Sometimes I still do get huge burritos but sometimes it'snot so impressive. Read more
Idk how you keep getting my order wrong every other time. This time I ordered 40 minutes ahead of time. You left out lettuce,... sour cream and brown rice with one of the bowls and extra sour cream, tomato corn salsa, cheese and lettuce out of the onepictured. Then, you added salsa that I didn't even put on my order. The only thing you got right was the chips and salsa. Makeit make sense. Instead of a refund I got a bogo x2 coupon that is a limited time offer. Just give me my money back for fs. Read more
The person making my bowl literally put each ingredient in a single pile by itself. Sour cream in one end of the bowl, the... cheese in the middle,and guacamole on the far end. No effort was made at spreading anything. Poured the salsa on top of theguacamole and not spreading anything. The chips were stale and as hard as rocks.We asked to have them replaced and thereplacements were just as bad if not worse. Their ice machine didn?t work at the drink fountain.A little ice was given to youat the register. The dinning room was filthy.Food all over the floor,all over the top of every table. If you wanted anythingapproaching a clean table or chairs patrons had to clean them themselves. Trash was all over the condiment station.All trashcans were overflowing into the floor. Trash was piled up under the various cabinets in the dining room and under the drinkmachine. The smell was similar to a wet open trash can that needed cleaning.. After ordering at the Swift Creek Chipotle when i was eating my food i bit into plastic that was imbedded into the food. I have... never always had the best experience with this Chipotle location , the last time I ordered they made our order incorrectly. Read more
Why is it every time I order pick up from here they skimp so hard on the portions. Ordered double meat and this looks barley... like regular meat. Chips were stale as styrofoam and clumped up. Come on people Read more
I use to go here at LEAST 3 times a week. Loveeee Chipotle. This location has gone downhill. Literally the last 5 times I?ve... been they been out of multiple things, skimpy on the chicken. I stopped coming for a while because they never have vinaigretteand have went up on price but hardly no meat. For $8.10 for a chicken bowl I remember getting more then five pieces of chicken.I received a notification saying ?haven?t seen you in a while here?s free chip and side. Went there today, They NEVER have theVinaigrette! I literally had 10 chips in my bag. The didn?t have tops for the bowl they gave me this foil in the pic. Theydidn?t have guacamole and THEY didn?t have nothing but knives in the lobby to eat with. SMH. I give up? Read more
Stopped to pick up dinner on the way home-this is the first time I?ve ever been disappointed. They were out of lettuce and... guacamole that I know of (maybe more items as well). The facility was disgusting! Trash piled up everywhere and all over thefloor. None of the fountain drinks were available. Missing chips/dip.
