Loyal customer for the past 18 years. Always a great place to stop and get ice cream. I?ve been seeing the manager since I was... in high school it is great to see the consistency in standards, taste, and ability to please the customers. Prices are prettystandard, great seating if you want to enjoy indoors, also outdoor seating for those who want to sit in the sun. Highlyrecommend you making a stop if you ever want ice cream! Customer service not great! One of the staff member with short black hair on 2/28/21 at 5:50. she actually didn?t want to put... any Carmel in my cup after I asked, not to mention I?m paying for it. There?s should be no problem when asking for more Carmeland your paying for it, and the server has an attitude. Not to mention she made sure to tell to the cashier dining us out to addthe extra charge (Katie was nice). Then she charges us for ?mix ins? 2wice when actuality I substituted the hot fudge forcaramel, and ask for some on the top which means she incorrectly charged me. When questioned she made sure to say I actuallycould have charged him 3x... that makes no sense but that?s what happens when staff aren?t properly trained. Will be spedingmoney at Brusters from now on. On March 7 went to a second location they didn?t overcharge us or wrongfully input our orders! Read more

First of all, I love the quality of ice cream from Cold Stone. They are very delicious and I would give 5 stars for that. But,... my review of this place isn't about the ice cream. It's one of the employees that work there who treated me as if I was FreshOff the Boat asking me to repeat my order. In addition, I ordered the same thing yesterday afternoon from a white employee whounderstood my order without any issues. But today, it was a Hispanic employee who told me he couldn't understand me wearing mymask behind the plexiglass. Well that white employee didn't have any issues understanding me from the same position. And I'vebeen living in the U.S. since 1987 and spent 20 years in the military. I rarely had anyone telling me that they couldn'tunderstand me. So, I'm sure some of you may understand why I felt the urge to write a negative review about that employee. Read more

Quick, polite service for high-quality ice cream! I had the peanut butter cookie dough and it was delicious, better than any... store brand and great for a hot summer's day. It costs a bit much but it's definitely worth the money. Read more
