I gave 4 stars due to the fact that we were seated at a table where no waitress was assigned. Sat there for a good 15 minutes... before we finally stopped and asked a waitress that was walking by if she knew who was assigned the table. She said she wasn'tsure but she did take care of us. Later asked the waitress if the table was hers. She stated no so that went a long way to usand for her to take care of us even though it wasn't her table. For that very grateful for her as it was already a rough day.Waitress was obviously absolutely amazing, food was great as usual. Thank you again to the kind waitress which now I wish I gother name. 10/27/22 UPDATE! After reviewing my review, Cracker Barrel sent me a nice letter and a coupon for a complementary meal. I will... be going back. I have eaten in at this location before and the food has been much better. I ordered take out on 10/9. Thepicture says it all. Dried out greens, burnt top biscuits, dry meatloaf and the mashed potatoes were so hard and dry that myfork could stand up in them. The apples were good. Read more

I placed an order through a delivery service. I had a problem previously so I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager... "Cody" My order was correct, the Chicken fried chicken I ordered was very fresh and juicy and all of the sides were very freshand tasty. It would be very helpful if your restaurant would add a comments, special instructions or additional information boxwhen ordering on a delivery app. I called the location after placing my order because one of the sides is not available as achoice on the app. This addition to the delivery app would help to eliminate some such future calls after placing an orderonline through such delivery apps. If you went to this location during the pandemic and decided it wasn?t worth it, go can go back now. It?s the same good quality... food, clean and friendly staff as it was before. They?re still a little understaffed but they?re doing very well. If you goduring a busy time, there will be a big wait but the time will go by fast if you?re chilling in the rocking chairs or lookingthrough the store. We went at noon on a Saturday and were told a 30 minute wait but it was only 20 minutes. And when we went inwe saw there were lots of tables open. I applaud them for not overwhelming the staff and just seating to staff capacity. Newfeatures are alcohol on the menu and ability to pay at the table from the app. Read more
