Assuming you know what you're getting yourself into by visiting Dunkin donuts, they sometimes hit the drink mark perfectly at... this location. The real issue is the wait times, it can be packed and you'd expect to wait 15 minutes. When there's one othercar in line a consistent 20-25 minute wait for drive-through service is unacceptable. I waited for about 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. Then had to wait another 5 minutes to get service. There is some... serious customer service issues. Instead of ignoring your customers just a quick a hello would have been suffice. Read more
I waited 30 minutes for two lattes a sandwich and hash browns. When I got the order home the sandwich was missing ingredients... and the hash browns were burnt. The drinks were good but the service was really poor while I was waiting inside the restaurant.There were staff arguing aloud where customers could hear and several customers walked out before placing their order because itwas taking too long. I probably have to echo the thoughts of what other people are saying. This establishment is in need of probably a more alert... management. but with staffing supply chain issues it?s unlikely that will happen.
