Assuming you know what you're getting yourself into by visiting Dunkin donuts, they sometimes hit the drink mark perfectly at... this location. The real issue is the wait times, it can be packed and you'd expect to wait 15 minutes. When there's one othercar in line a consistent 20-25 minute wait for drive-through service is unacceptable. I waited for about 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. Then had to wait another 5 minutes to get service. There is some... serious customer service issues. Instead of ignoring your customers just a quick a hello would have been suffice. Read more
I waited 30 minutes for two lattes a sandwich and hash browns. When I got the order home the sandwich was missing ingredients... and the hash browns were burnt. The drinks were good but the service was really poor while I was waiting inside the restaurant.There were staff arguing aloud where customers could hear and several customers walked out before placing their order because itwas taking too long. I probably have to echo the thoughts of what other people are saying. This establishment is in need of probably a more alert... management. but with staffing supply chain issues it?s unlikely that will happen. $1?10 This Dunkin Donuts, always has problems every time I go. Some of the problems I have encountered are, they can't always... fix the food as there is not someone there that can do it, cashier can't get register to work, don't have supplies to makedrinks and sometimes they get your order wrong. Plus long wait times even when there is hardly anyone in line. This is a pictureof their wake up wraps. I'm not sure how this location stays open and once in a while I go back just because of convenience but the wait is always... forever, they are typically out of what you want, items missing from your order is the norm and they typically keep the frontdoors locked so you can only use the drive through. Either the owner never reads the reviews of this place or just does notcare. Read more
This particular Dunkin? Donuts location never has all of the items required for my order. Whether it?s egg for my breakfast... sandwich or creamers on the side for my coffee, they won?t have something that you need. It?s also terribly managed and theynever take my order correctly. There is ALWAYS a mistake in some way. It?s a shame because this Dunkin is closest to my houseand the most convenient for me, but no matter how many chances I give them I?m disappointed. Read more
Would not recommend this Dunkin'. They did not have part of my mobile order and had a difficult time refunding me. Also, ordered... an iced tea and received an iced coffee, which I didn't know until I was back in the car, since they look similar in the cup.Minimal selection for "assorted" munchkins as well.
