DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY**Buyer Beware. Firehouse store #649 at 12059 Southshore shops.. This place is deplorable and is a Health... code violation. The franchise owner "Moses" employes high school students whom have not been properly trained in hygiene or howto properly discard gloves between preparing food and handling the register, cash OR other surfaces. There are plenty of otherplaces to spend your hard earned money that won't potentially give you food poisoning and/or some other illness from themishandling of food. I really love this place and the fact that it offers gluten-free sub bread. Very much appreciate that. I do wonder though what... their rate of pay is because the workers seem less than thrilled to be there at times. I?m curious about the cleaning scheduleof the soda machine since it very often seems to be covered with soda splatter. I asked and the person was somewhat vague. Thatbeing said, the sodas offered are really awesome since there?s a bunch of different flavors to choose from on the fancy touchscreen.
