DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY**Buyer Beware. Firehouse store #649 at 12059 Southshore shops.. This place is deplorable and is a Health... code violation. The franchise owner "Moses" employes high school students whom have not been properly trained in hygiene or howto properly discard gloves between preparing food and handling the register, cash OR other surfaces. There are plenty of otherplaces to spend your hard earned money that won't potentially give you food poisoning and/or some other illness from themishandling of food. Great sandwich and great staff. Was greeted promptly and food was prepared in a reasonable time. Quality was high.
It was amazing walking in and having employees greet you. . I ordered a philly and cheese it really didn't have a lot of... Ingredients on it.. I really love this place and the fact that it offers gluten-free sub bread. Very much appreciate that. I do wonder though what... their rate of pay is because the workers seem less than thrilled to be there at times. I?m curious about the cleaning scheduleof the soda machine since it very often seems to be covered with soda splatter. I asked and the person was somewhat vague. Thatbeing said, the sodas offered are really awesome since there?s a bunch of different flavors to choose from on the fancy touchscreen. 6/6 times I?ve been here they got my order wrong. It?s always to go so I don?t know till I?m home. For $15-$20 a sub it really... should be correct. They?re fortunate that the subs are good. Read more
We walk in at 7pm most of the chairs are up, we place our order for combos and then I go to get my drink and all the tea is... already dumped out and they offer no resolution, I can't have carbonated sodas, your teas is one reason I come. It wasn't verywelcoming seemed to be more concerned with closing than customers ???? I ordered a new York steamer plain, it wasn't mustardmayo on it. I am not happy with my experience at this firehouse subs. I went in to get a quick sub on my lunch break and the service was... HORRIBLE. When i got my steak and cheese it was cold. Then this brown haired young lady was extremely rude to me. If there was away I could give this place a zero I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Read more
