Love this place! The food and the staff make it one of my favorite breakfast places. First Watch is clean and inviting. I... usually modify the Traditional and it come out right every time. Way to go guys and gals! This is a great example of how arestaurant should be run. Look forward to dinning again. Read more

The food is standard. I had a really bad experience with this place for first time. The wait time was approximately 45 mins. I... saw people walk in after us had food but we were still waiting. Definitely not coming back for the wait. Read more

Usually my experience has been great today not so much. I ordered three traditional breakfast (11.79)and added cheese mushrooms... and onions. And an order of eggs for my grandson We ended up paying 70.00 Because we ended up being charged an extra 6 dollarsper plate for the cheese$ 1.69 mushrooms $1.99 and onions 1.99. We were totally unaware that it was so much extra for a sprinkleof toppings for two eggs. I have added a picture so you can see it was literally 2 mushrooms in the eggs and I paid 1.99 forthat. We asked to speak to the manager about this and instead of the manager coming over she sent a rude message saying when youorder additional you should already expect to pay extra. That was so ridiculous and rude. Like ok yes we expect a small chargebut not 1.99 for 2 peices of mushroom. Managers on duty General Manager Lauren Kitchen Manager Amanda Now I understand thatprices have gone up and to keep up with the cost you have to raise prices but for two bites of mushroom 1.99 a sprinkle ofonion. Terrible. I usually have a good experience and chose to give my business to first watch instead of going anywhere else tobe hussled out of money. That is not good business and the least that could have been done is the manager come out directly andmanage not send a nasty message like we are ignorant for being shocked over the extra 6 dollars each plate. That was nearly thecost of the kids menu so it was like buying three extra kids meals for a few toppings then being talked down to for questioningthe bill. Nice waitress poor management. The food is good but be careful what you order and make sure to ask before you orderbecause they do not tell you and you will be stuck with the bill Read more

The food - So good. Took a friend to lunch... her 1st experience. She could barely speak... nom nom nom. She loved that you... could get breakfast for lunch. We shared a fancy juice. So yummy. I had already had each, so she chose. Good choice. The servicewas subpar. They were busy at first, but then most cleared out. Our table was not clean. Waitress checked on us once (rightafter bringing food) before bringing the check. When ordering our shared juice, she merely brought 2 straws. I used a cleancoffee cup left on the table and used my straw... I needed a drink and ordered after the check. She did remove dishes once wewere finished. When I said something at checkout about service, and only leaving 15% tip, nothing was said... as if I never saida word. Still - - the food completely makes up for anything else, and still receives 5* in my book. Read more

What a awesome place to have brunch! This First Watch location is quietly tucked in the Brandermill area @ 6121 Harbourside... Centre Lp, Midlothian, VA 23112 Before arrival I would advise going online to their website and checking in with the get-in linereservation option. This will save you time upon arrival instead of a long wait. Once seated our waitress came right over togreet us and immediately took our drink orders. Once she came back we were ready to place our food orders. She was veryknowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions we had about the menu items. Once the order was placed it probably tookabout 20 minutes to get our food which was about normal because they were pretty busy in there. Once the food arrived at thetable it was nice and hot and very tasty. Definitely looking forward to returning for another great brunch experience. Read more

Horrible experience. First off, their app doesn't have the full menu. Placed an order online for 12:15 pickup. Waited 30 minutes... before anyone even bothered to check on my order for me. When I asked for the status of my order, all I got was an "I don'tknow". Finally get my order, and we're missing items. They don't even answer the phone so I could talk to a manager. Over cookedeggs on a Benedict, under cooked eggs on the mushroom hash. Under cooked "million dollar bacon" . No manager in site in therestaurant. I'm so mad and I can't even contact them to let them know my disappointment. Would give zero stars if I could. Thisis an absolute shame as we have eaten at a first watch in Wake Forest NC, and it was amazing. Read more

We enjoyed our breakfast there. Server was quick, efficient, and friendly. I ordered the eggs benedict which looked delicious... but had no flavor at all. My poached eggs were very hard and my server immediately took them back and made that correct. Thepotatoes were excellent. Hard to believe that you only get one pumpkin pancake although it was huge I think there should havebeen two. All in all the pretty good experience. Read more
