Spent almost 50 dollars on drinks each, cousins were visiting from out of town with us and the bouncer decided it was... appropriate to kick us out because “he has seen us before, but never seen them before”… each had 2 unfinished, paid fordrinks. Took my wife and a guest to this restaurant early in the evening. Not at all crowded and we set outside because it was a pretty... day. Service was great We tried their 28 oz ribeye and split it three ways. All those reasonably well until I came time to paythe bill. No one appeared to collect it I took it into the bar area where it took me 10 minutes to nail someone down to take mymoney. Adding the insult to injury they wanted to tack on three and a half percent for credit card charge unless I pay cash. Myphilosophy is that's a cost of doing business either adjust your costs aren't and prices accordingly or don't add on SR charge.I also did not like that they came popular in the outdoor area long before we left because of it taking so long for ourdeparture to happen. Had such an amazing time here with my family and friends. They normally don’t have the bull up on Wednesday but for us they... did because we showed up and showed out in our cowboy boots and cowboy hats! I celebrated my birthday early here and had thetime of my life. They also had $2 tacos and the chicken ones chefs ????! Definitely a hidden gem. Read more
I really wanted to love this place. It has a very unique layout, a very limited menu, and plenty of space, TVs and bars inside.... My biggest complaint would be the men's room where the floor was filthy and wet, the urinal is leaking, and there were no papertowels to wipe your hands with nor was there any soap in the dispensers. We ordered food and it was delivered on time. The foodwas prepared well and very tasty. The frog legs were tender although there was too much batter on them and they lacked anyflavor at all once you removed the batter. The dry rub chicken wings were excellent. I also got a caesar salad that alsoincluded the very hard bitter parts of the romaine lettuce. The ribs were excellent. Our server was notchalant. He seemed to bedoing dual duty running the bar as well as being a server. They were out of the jalapeno cornbread and they only have one rackof ribs left. This was around 7:00 p.m. and there was less than 10 people there. Read more
In not really sure why the ratings are so low on this establishment. The service was spectacular and we had 4 different people... help with drinks or clearing tables including a manager. The food was very good. The Mac and cheese egg rolls were amazing. Thecaprese salad was good, but I couldn't taste the pesto would have completed it. The steak special was a great deal at 12.99 andwas cooked perfectly. The bacon wrapped meatloaf was much like other meatloaf but good and the BBQ sauce was great. The sweettea was spot on . The interior design was trendy and had an American cowboy theme with a riding bull in the corner, all of thehostesses/servers wrote cowboy hats, but it wasn't overdone to make it cheesy like I've seen elsewhere.
