Subs are made fresh. Bread cheese and meat sliced fresh. Staff was friendly even though it was very busy. 5 stars.

Worst experience ever. My wife called in an order for pickup to be at 7:30pm tonight and order was not ready until 7:45 pm... because they forgot to make an item we ordered and also made the missing item wrong. There was a girl behind the counter thatwas out of uniform. One of the girls in uniform couldn't put her phone down and was taking pictures with her cell phone andposting on social media in front of customers that were just standing there waiting to be taken care of.
