This is the absolute worst pizza I?ve ever gotten in my life. Have some pride in your product. It one of the easiest things in... the world to make a pizza. My pizza, wasn?t even the one I ordered, but the one I did get looked like it was run over by a steamroller. It was raw, very little cheese and sauce and had a pool of grease on top. Do not order from this location. My pizza was raw in the middle and cheese was not even melted. When I asked for my money back... for the pizza they wanted to recharge me for the entire order minus this pizza and wait for my money to be refunded in a coupledays. No thank you. The two pizzas we ordered were burned! The two dips we ordered and paid for were missing! The viggie pizza was a joke! The... viggies were only in the middle and the rest was just covered with over cooked burned dry cheese! The stuffed crazy bread wasnothing like the photos. It was greasy and not fresh! This is the 2nd time in the last month or so that I have ordered pizza from here. My pizza wasn't even cooked all the way, I... finished cooking it at home. Absolutely terrible. Just paid $34 and received 1 entirely raw pizza and 1 Detroit Style pizza that literally looks like my... Preschool student made something out of play dough. Attempting to call the store over and over for 20 minutes and they will notanswer the phone. I feel like I got ruined at gunpoint the pizza is a joke. Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I have had so so so many issues with this location. We used to get pizza from this location... weekly and the past year, the service has PLUMMETED!! I have had poor experiences as a door dasher there and as a customer. Thegeneral manager has spoken to me like a child who couldn?t comprehend basic english. I have management experience under my beltand would never treat a customer the way he treats his. I?ve spoken to other customers while waiting over an hour for pizza andthey have all had similar experiences. Even after waiting an hour for a single pizza, it still came cold. You expect me tobelieve that I was waiting on this pizza to be fresh when it comes out cold? What a joke. They?ve also missed items on my orderbefore and never answer their phones to compensate. I understand being under staffed, but the quality of the service here leadsme to believe that their staffing issues are because of their management. If I was an employee there, I would quit in a heartbeat too. The young gentleman at the front was very respectable, but the general manager is awful! This location should shutdown. There?s no point in the location even being open. There?s twenty people sitting in the lobby waiting on pizza for an houreach. What?s the point in the store even being open? Went to Little Caesars Pizza 13726 HULL STREET RD MIDLOTHIAN,VA 23112 and it was just slow and poor customer service. Place... order on app that seems to be turned back on now at 12:13. Got there around 12:35 and stood there in front with 4 other people.No one acknowledge customers not even a hello. People walked out. One guy for the whole store. Finally when he was done makingthe pizza and handing it over to two other customers I have my name and my pizza was waiting in the warmer just sitting there. Idid not leave until 1:05. Meaning it almost to a hour for pizza. I will never go to this location and maybe never anotherlocation again. Employee had ears buds hanging down. Dirty white sckull cap. Visited this location today at 7:25 PM and purchased two pizzas and crazy bread that was extremely microwaved and suffered the... usual microwaved bread syndrome. 50% of the crazy bread was not edible! I attempted to call the location however out of fourindividuals they are not answering their phone. I will make it a point to never use this location in the future and would highlyrecommend checking any food you purchase prior to departing. I rarely leave reviews but since they chose to not answer thephone, this was my only option of venting about the poor service. Read more
