Lived near this location for a long time and usually enjoy stopping in to grab a hot and ready. The last few times I've gone in... I've had to wait in the lobby while serval workers have walked by but not engage until eventually someone emerges from the back.The last few pizzas have been very thin and greasy in the middle and not properly cut. Tonight when I stopped in I was told atthe door that only online orders would be taken to help train workers which was unfortunate since I had left my phone at home. Iused to like the convenience but it's been a hassle at this particular location. Read more
They are very short staffed but we always get our pizza in a timely manner and it's always good

Outstanding App. Ordered through the App, walked inside 5 minutes early, and the order was ready. Pizza and wings were... phenomenal. I watched the employees working hard to get these orders out. This is my new 'go to' pizza place! Read more
This location (Hull Street Rd) is consistently one of the least organized stores I'm in. Friday evening before 6pm you can... expect to have some kind of issue about 50% of the time. No Hot'n Ready, no Crazy Bread. Tonight folks in the store were told itwould be at least 15 minutes to get a Fast'n Ready and custom orders are at least 30 minutes. Then there are the days when noneof the electronics work, which happens on a regular basis. I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. It's fastfood pizza, it shouldn't be this hard. Did you know you can customize your pizza? I get my pizza well done with light sauce. It's definitely worth the short wait!
My husband ordered and was given a time frame. We were definitely watching the clock so to speak and a gentleman appeared at... the door and gestured toward my husband. And wow what service as he chose to wait in our vehicle. A gentleman kindly gave usawesome service for us to enjoy a " fresh" pizza. And it was delicious ????????. I?m leaving one star only because no stars isn?t an option. Ordered my kids dinner at 6:49. Order tracking showed it went into... the oven at 7:33. It?s now 8:14 and just received the pizza. We asked the staff on 3 different occasions during visit if therewas an eta?the staff member would just walk away. If you are hungry, save yourself the aggravation and find a quicker facility.
