This has got to be the most poorly managed McDonald's I have ever been too. Only reason I go is it is close to work. EVERY time... I go I have to consistently check my food to see what they missed this time because they never get the order right even thoughmy orders are always very simple. Forget about stopping here on a sunday. No one working including the managers seem to careabout the fact that customers are waiting 30 to 40 minutes for a simple biscuit. That can't be that hard to just make it andgive it to the paying customer. I had ordered two mcgriddles and two hashbrowns yesterday and waited 18 mins before having toflag down a manager and politely ask for my food that was just sitting on the counter and never called for after explaining I amin a rush and need to go to work. These are just some of the consistent issues at this location which is why I frequent theresearch road location more often. McDonald's higher ups, if you are reading this, you seriously need to pay attention to thislocation and hire better staff. Oh and let's not forget about the fact that the young workers on the grill typically just standand socialize instead of doing their job. Read more

They have a sign for Adult Happy Meal inside. When we ordered one they said they don't sell them at this location. As in they... don't ever sell them. At least that's what the lady at register said. Read more
Best McDonald's ever. Food was hot and quick but what made it really stand out was the genuine friendliness and pleasant... demeanor of the staff. It's not often when I see McDonald's employees really seem to be enjoying their jobs. Great job! Read more
No tea in lobby. Brought me a premade drink sitting on a table in the back. NO THANK YOU! I don't want some 3hrs tea that was... packed with ice and had half melted. Got immediate refund on my whole meal and left. I walked in to make my own drink. Read more
Got my order wrong twice first time at the first window then again at the second window same visit. All I asked for was two... plain cheeseburgers had to go in get it fixed. They didn't apologize and were rude took so long to get the right order had toask how long does it take to make just two plain cheeseburgers? Read more
Took way to long. Had us pull up and wait for the order, while everyone else got their order on the first. Run. The fries were... cold and burnt. The cheeseburger and bacon quarter pounder was just warm. Sweet tea, not sweet. Sprite was the only thing good. Read more
Mostly fast! One of the slower McDonald's to be honest. But pretty good service. Kinda mad at McDonald's tho in general for... raising all there prices especially the 1 dollar items like come on whats the point of going if my 1 dollar spicy chicken is now1.50 and if I get 3 of those with a drink its like 7 bucks now instead of 4. Kinda sad whats happening to this world. Sometimesit makes me think ???? is the end coming? Whats after this life anyway. But I guess im just greatfull to know that Jesus Christis the Christ and hes coming back im glad I have a solid relationship with him for hard times like these.
