We got there with 20 minutes left and the gal behind the counter sweeping let us use the kiosk to order but didn?t let us know... that they were out of everting. We ordered chicken with wild rice soup. Out. Bagels out. We had paid and so we asked for arefund. They refunded the soup but not the drinks, so she had to do that on another transaction and told us she was unable torefund the tip. She couldn?t print the receipt because the paper was in the printer upside down. Why are they even open the lasthalf hour if they pack all the food up before that. To me that is after close duties. Your computer ordering system needs toindicate what you have and what you don?t or put a staff member on ordering so she or he can be in lock step with the kitchen.But why have your doors open the last half hour if you can?t service orders anyway. Sounds like they are in need of a newmanager. W was called over to help the gal with the refund, never addressed us and gave her one or two word answers and wasgone. Not very supportive of his staff and customer service was not there. We never did get the tip back. Very poor. Read more
Tomato soups & grilled cheese sandwiches were good as usual BUT the Cesar salad said its made w/romaine lettuce & it appeared to... be iceberg. Lettuce with very little green. The large size isn't very big & it's over $10. I won't be ordering salad from themagain. Read more
5/24/22 Order delivery using Panera website. Have a problem with missing items but no one will answer the phone at Panera. It... rings and rings and then just stops ringing (no one answers). So, they do not care if they messed up your order. There is noway to tell them. Started calling at 11:50, still calling at 1:36 pm...no answer, even if you choose to speak to amanager. 5/25/22 Called again at 9:30 am, same....no answer. Update: you have to contact Panera via Facebook. They offer a $5credit but that won't cover the missing item and delivery. Customer care later added more credit after I complained. Again, noeffort though to get the missing item sent to me and no contact from the local store at all. Read more

So I?ve visited this location on several times and the food is very good when it?s done right. However there were some downers... to this location. There was older grey haired guy who took our order he needs to be retrained in customer service! Theirbathroom is disgusting I had a take out order so I didn?t sit, but the inside was filthy. And my wife found a hair in hersandwich. I can?t go back there the idea of it turns my stomach. Read more
We had lunch on a Sunday. I ordered the grilled cheese with a bowl of tomato soup. The sandwich wasn't grilled like the picture... showed, but it was brown around the edges and the cheese was melted. It still tasted good, just wish they'd actually grilled thebread. My wife got a salad with her flatbread pizza which was very good also. The staff were friendly and the interior wasclean. I purchased an Orange scone and got a free smoothie plus I got an ice coffee. It was an amazing snack! The workers were very... friendly, made me laugh so I returned the favor. Made the experience exceptional. Very clean, enjoyable and relaxing. A goodthing for snacking or eating! Read more
They seem to have no care anymore for good quality. Pickled onions on the steak and cheddar sandwich were just slapped on in... one spot making thr bread soggy and disgusting. Read more
