Ordered 1 small pizza at 6:40pm. By 8pm I'm calling for an ETA. Called this location 3 times and took 15mins to speak to... someone. I know staffing is short for the industry and is hard to come by now a days, but darn, I couldn't even get an apology!never again! It was delivered faster than estimated time. My pizza and cinnamon bites were still hot and fresh from the oven.
Expectation vs. Reality (see pictures). Papadia was disgusting. 90% bread. Less toppings inside than a single slice of pizza,... yet almost as expensive as a full size Medium pizza. Read more

I love papa johns but this is the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. I have a broken spine and was in the hospital... all day being treated for the pain (it?s been broken for almost a year now) anyways with the medication they gave me I cannotdrive and I was STARVING. I ordered at 7:02pm. 2 light cheese pizzas (I have a slight lactose intolerance)(one with pineapple)and garlic knots. The knots were fine but neither of the pizzas were light cheese. In fact one looks like it has EXTRA cheese.The pizza is essentially white from the quantity and you can?t even see the sauce. It was delivered nearly 50 minutes after myorder (not the 30-40 it said). Since the pizzas were wrong I called at 7:51 and was told they would have 2 corrected pizzas sentto me free of charge, I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. It is now 8:50pm and my pizzas have just arrived as I write thisreview. 2 hours after I originally ordered I can actually eat the pizzas I ordered. Ridiculous. I even tipped the driver overhalf the price of my order (like a 60% tip for the holidays) despite the fact that my pizzas were late because I get it, theyhad another stop. I scheduled my pizza to be delivered at 6:45 and requested touchless delivery. Out of no where I get an email that my order had... been cancelled. I called the store and spoke to Alex and he was very nonchalant about the situation. He stated we don't dotouchless delivery due to people filing claims and stating they never received their pizza. If that's the case why do you'llhave it as an option on the website? At this point the kids and I are starving and all Alex can say is reorder on the website.Where is the accountability?
