Good subs especially the steak and cheese but small for the price

Good service, average cheese steak, and over cooked fries. I'll give them another go but not impressed for my first visit.

The food is always delicious. I prefer to dine in, but when we do get take out I send my husband to pick up because the past two... times cookies have always ended up our order???????. I called twice and got hung up on. The staff says they can't hear the callers. Please fix this. You're losing sales because... many people want to call in orders. In addition, after I came home, I discovered my order was wrong. I got a chicken parmsub but they forgot the sauce. Very disappointed. Read more

Staff was very friendly. I had the cheesesteak with everything on it minus Mayo and pizza sauce. Sub was good but for $13.44 (12... inch) I expected better. Sub, fries and a drink ran about $23 which is a little steep for 1 person. Fries were average. Theyonly had ketchup for sauces. Would have been nice to have mustard or another sauce to dip in. Asked for no sauce, lettuce or tomatoes. They put mayonnaise all over the sub. Apparently their subs don't come in meals and... they don't ask either if we want to make it a meal. And you have to ask for a receipt they don't just give you a receipt. So wedidn't even know what they rang up. The crew making the sandwiches kept switching positions so the lady at the grill was havingto remake the food because they didn't know who was making what.
