Not even close to the last time I went here. If this was my first visit I would have given it 2 stars. I get the exact same... thing every time (rice noodle salad with beef) and there was almost no lettuce and no pickled carrot, and no crushedpeanut. I'll go back and edit if it changes. Read more
My first time ordering from here & I got the Chicken Pho. The description says “All entrees are served with beef broth with... the exception of P4 that will be served with chicken broth. All pho entrees will be served with scallions, white onions, andcilantro. Beansprouts, jalapeno, and lime are on the side as well. There was no Cilantro in my order which was really weird.Anytime I’ve ever ordered Pho there’s always been Cilantro. Read more
1st time going. Wanted Pho. The food was good. The service was excellent. Not crowded but it was on a Sunday so I'm guessing... most people were home watching football. Nice place to go if you want Pho on Southside. Read more
Went tonight. Pho is my favorite dish and I thought theirs tasted okay. At first I thought it was going to be bland by the... color, but it wasn’t. As much as I love the fact I found a place near where I live I will not be back. Honestly, I took off astar for the service. I don’t expect the red carpet to be rolled out, but I literally felt unwelcome. I came and said tablefor one. He sighed and pointed to the dining area. He brought menu and went and got water. His demeaner was really off. Then hestood there as I looked through menu. I felt rushed (it was my first time there) and I hurried and picked something. I actuallyhad wanted an appetizer, but felt rushed. I didn’t even see that part of the menu. He silently dropped food off and went ghostuntil I raised hand for check. I haven’t felt that uncomfortable in a while. I was really offended until I read other reviewsand saw that it was normal for them. So I am deciding to not to take it personally. The plate of food I had was worth comingback for and thats why I only took away a star. I hope my feedback helps to improve service. Read more

Never eating here again. I don't know why but you get less than half the portions at this restaurant than you do from the... others in town. The $20 is for size reference. The amount of broth you're given for your pho order isn't even enough for abowl of pho. One to two slices of meat? Get out of here with that. I feel like I was ripped off. I go to other restaurantsin town and get much more value for money. Read more
We had just driven to Richmond from KY, and we were very hungry. We ordered this being 30 min from home and waited for an hour... after arriving home for the food (Though, this could have been an Uber Eats issue). So the food was not warm. Still, I wasexcited to eat, and when I opened the leaky box, I was super disappointed when I saw the tiny amount of brisket, jalapeños andother greens. The food was so-so. Read more
Never again. The food we ordered was missing half the things described in the menu. Website makes you think they deliver. They... use an outside service that took TWO HOURS for food to arrive. Food was cold and bland and poor quality. Don't waste your timeand money. Read more
