Very poor service. Wait extremely long time for someone to answer the RED BUTTON. Bad attitude from employees. Not just on one... visit but multiple visits. ***The response by the owner*** reveals why the service was bad. Paste and reply the same response toevery negative post. Instead of assuring me it will be resolved and management will correct the problem, you want me to do whatyou should do and report it again. Not only poor service but poor leadership as well. They do not pay attention to what is being ordered. The receipt has the correct order but they made both burgers all wrong. ... $20 thrown away because we aren't driving back up there. Read more

So it was between 5 guys and this joint and I chose this joint big mistake. It took the the person taking the orders about five... takes to understand it 5 cheeseburgers 3 large fries that?s simple right. They made me wait 25-30 min I lost track. When shebrought the food she shorted me a fry. And then reluctantly gave me another . Whatever happened to the back in the day when theygave something extra for making you wait or a screw up. Oh well unless I?m givin something for they?re bad service I?m stickingto those places that consistently don?t screw my food up and don?t make me wait. I ordered through the Sonic app and got the food to-go. The waitress was super nice and poor thing was doing orders in a storm.... I had a few difficulties figuring out how to tell them I was there in the app, but got it figured out eventually. My food cameout pretty much right away after that. The Cheeseburger always is good in my opinion. I got jalapenos on it this time. Ithit. Unfortunately, they forgot my ranch for my Ched 'R' Peppars (jalapeno poppers) and I made sure there were at least two onmy order. I should have checked before I left. They are really good with ranch, but just OK without it. I was disappointed. TheConey Dog (chili dog) with jalapenos and onions was not bad. It had just a little bit of chili that was really salty. The hotdog also would have been better if grilled or something. It had the texture like it was boiled. I also tried the new Sour PatchKids Slush Float. Super sweet and sugary like I expected. It was fun to try something like that once, but it is not something Iwould drink often. I liked the little chunk of Sour Patch Kids candy in it. I think I would have liked it more as a kid. Read more
It's sonic, as sonics go. They are better during first 1 to 2 years of opening. Not just this location but every location.... Probably why this was first time back in close to a year. Read more
