I came here with my granddaughter because Dunkin? disappointed us and you swept us off our feet. I ordered a unique drink from a... photo on the internet I stumbled upon and you were spot on with the order! I was so delicious I became a raving fan of yourestablishment. No other Starbucks has impressed me but you all did an amazing job. I?d like to make a corporate request for theyoung ladies working that day to receive a raise. I really wanted to give this Starbucks 5 ???? but after 2 visits I can't. It is the only Starbucks near my home in Powhatan. ... Both visits in the drive-thru were disappointing and Very Slow. Today there was 2 cars in front of me, no customers inside. Ittook about 15 min for them to get their 1 drink. When it was my turn it took about 5 min for 1 drink. Don't waste your time! Nowthat there is a local coffee shop in Powhatan they will get my business. Read more
This was my first time ever going to a Starbucks and having a coffee as I'm dairy allergic and allergic to nuts. But Starbucks... has Oatmilk now which I drink so I figured I'd try a coffee drink for the first time. They were very nice in helping me figureout an order and careful to wash and sanitize a pitcher for me so there was no contamination of real milk or almond milk. Iended up ordering a Carmel Frappuccino with no whip cream or drizzle, obviously. I didn't end up liking it, but that isn't theirfault! Read more
This is a very nice Starbucks. It is much brighter and cheerful than the average Starbucks. It has many small tables as well... as comfy more lounge chairs. The baristas were friendly and did not mind making a pour over of the coffee I wanted. Theoutside seating area will be nice when the weather warms up. Read more
I just moved here from San Diego & haven?t had the best experiences here when it comes to coffee shops/restaurants but shout out... to this Starbucks for always making amazing espresso drinks. Friendly staff & consistent drinks?you guys are the best! Read more
