This location is convenient and the staff is friendly, but this is not a good place to have a chat over a cup of coffee. The... espresso machines and blenders are already noisy enough, but the pop and disco music is always at levels making it difficult totalk. The consistent sound levels here are between 80 and 90 decibels. Their choice of music is fine. I just wish the volumewas a bit lower. Read more
So...this location gets 3 Stars cause too often when I order a ice tea to have to specify with water or they will make it... lemonade. If I wanted it with lemonade I would order that. Several times when I said water, they still made it with lemonade. Imust also mention the Customer service. There is a difference when Eric is there. His Customer Service is Top Notch!!! HE gets10 Stars!!! Always smiling, so polite, and calls me by my name. The store is not the same when he is not there. Give this mana raise!! Read more
My go to Starbucks. Great location, service is good, and they are lgbtq friendly. Tons of seating inside and out. Only concern... is certain baristas don?t fill drinks to the top, but they fix it if I address it. This sbux is very busy and the team hustleshard. Be patient and kind to them. Read more
If I could give this place less stars I would. The management team doesnt deserve their titles! They are jokes and selectively... choose who they accommodate or help succeed in the company. They have nasty attitudes which match their service towards theircustomers and employees. Corporate needs to come in and retrain them before they have another Starbucks end up in the news forracist behavior. Waited 25 minutes for one drink after placing an online order mid-morning. After 20 min I stood at the counter for 5 min, being... ignored until I had to speak loudly to get someone?s attention to check on my order. They said they moved it to front of line.10 more drinks came out and had to check on it again. The iced toasted vanilla oat milk espresso was terrible once I finally gotit. I usually never have a problem with this location, but this morning has not been good for them. I placed an online order for... two coffees, two sandwiches, a muffin, and a banana nut bread. My co-worker went and picked it up and when she got back they didnot put the muffin, the banana bread, and one of the sandwiches. When I called and told them, the girl tried to say that myco-worker picked up the wrong bag. My co-worker went through the drive through, she did not go inside first of all. Second ofall instead of trying to put the blame on someone else you should just apologize and make it right. The lady said that myco-worker could come back and pick up the correct order. When she got there they only put the muffin in the bag. My co-workersaid there should be a sandwich and a banana bread in there. So they handed her two more bags. She drove off thinking that theywould have gotten it right the second time around, but this did not happen. They gave here two more sandwiches, instead of onesandwich and a banana loaf bread. Not really sure what is going on this morning over there but I am a little disappointed andhesitant to go back to this location. i completely understand that things happen and orders get messed up, but it shouldn'thappen the second time. My drink and sandwich were horrible. I returned them both. Had a barista snatch the sugar container out of my hand and her... excuse was ?I just don?t like germs!? Well hunny if the drink was not so poorly made in the first place I would not have had toattempt to fix it. 2. Thts not how germs work. Germs are literally all around us and I don?t think individual packs of sugarwould get contaminated? 3. The container was already dirty with old grime. Really disappointed.
