There is no Starbucks here, I don't know where the coffee comes from.
Today I ordered a mobile order for pick-up of an ice coffee and a bacon and gouda sandwich. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting... for the bacon and gouda. Nobody said a word to me waiting there. I had ordered it 20 minutes before I got there. I had to go upand say something. They said sorry and then they came up with my sandwich that had been somewhere else except for where it wassupposed to be, and gave me a cold sandwich. This is the second time this has happened at this location, the first time theydidn?t even make it. I understand it once being busy, but it shouldn?t happen twice. Read more
They do not have correct hours posted anywhere. Went in the morning when the Starbucks app and Google Maps said they should be... open, noticed a paper sign with new times written down in pencil (incredibly difficult to read). Although there were differenthours posted on the door, I was still within their posted business hours. They weren't responding to the drive through, and thedoors were locked with employees inside. I double-triple checked the posted adjusted hours sign, too. Seems like someonemiscommunicated the change in hours. Several other cars tried to go through drive through like I did. I see when this locationdoesn't have good reviews, they seem pretty inconsistent. Read more

This is the WORST starbucks in the area. I have had the same drink everyday for yearrrrrrs. It is NEVER right at this location.... They also never speak to you when you walk in. Today, I picked up my Venti latte and it was literally missing a quarter of thedrink. They also put a pound of cinnamon on top. I honestly don't understand what the issue is and why they can't get ittogether, but they should really try. $7.42 for a drink, it should be full. I am so over this place. Read more
I ordered grande white mocha and they gave me almost half if that's so i should have ordered tall not grande, and a cookie that... I had to wait for 15min. for a cookie?! Read more
So far every time I go here they screw up my order or relabel an order that's been sitting out or made wrong and hand it out?... For example, the last time I went I ordered that oat milk apple frap. They made it with whole milk, squirted a tiny bit of whipcream and sauce on top, and put it out on the counter. It's an $8 drink and they can't even get it right. Other times Icustomize my order and you can tell they just threw it together or made the regular version. I'm now at the point where if Iever do go back there, I don't care if I'm that guy that tells them to remake my drink. Read more
