This place is always busy... And you'll find out why it's such a popular national franchise. The steaks, and meals are done so... well and delicious... and the potions are generous. The wait can be 30 minutes or more on a peak evening, but the food is sucha great value. A great place to do a nice family meal. Parking can be challenging on a busy day. Read more
Campbell was a very attentive and kind server. The kind of server that you'd want to only come on the days they work so your... dining experience would be THAT MUCH BETTER! Only 2 discrepancies from the visit 1. My husband's steak came charred/ overcookedso every bite had that charcoal taste. But Campbell and the manager both resolved that promptly. 2. The staff member cleaningthe table across from us wiped the seats and then the table. I can't understand why that's done. Eww. But a lot of restaurantsdo this. I came here to celebrate my aunt's birthday and overall the experience was okay. It was a little busy so it took a while for the... food to come but when it did it was pretty good. The only thing I would have to complain about is that the waitress didn't comeby and check on us enough. Read more
Typically we can rely on TR for great food, service, and atmosphere. Sadly this wasnt the case at this location this evening.... First 2 of the 3 items requested for an appetizer was unavailable, no biggie, ordered our food, 20+ minutes later when itfinally arrived the chicken was quite dry amd my husband had to literally cut the char, thats being nice, from his steak the teawas almost clear, I understand things are tight but dang y'all..... I'm quite disappointed and don't know that I will return tothis location anytime soon, sad because the location by Chesterfield Towne Center has never misses the mark.... Read more

Ribeye steaks were great you must try the loaded sweet potato service was right on time everyone was very nice
Food was OK but definitely not the best I had from here. The wings was Extremely greasy. You can tell they were in a hurry and... did not shake the grease off the wings before tossing them on the plate. I appreciate the hassle but it should not come at a Sacrifice to quality. I would have happily waited an extra minute or two To receive food that did not taste purely like grease. I come to places like this and pay a higher price expecting a better Quality service. The steak was OK but I was only able toget about 12 bites out of it due to the rest being fat. The mashed potatoes was dried out into one solid clump.
